How does it Work?
IntelliAddress begins by searching for and evaluating signature blocks within existing emails in the email Inbox and then transfers the information to the Microsoft Outlook Contacts directory. The program can then be enabled to automatically update the directory with new contact information (as well as edits to existing entries) from new incoming emails. IntelliAddress eliminates the laborious process of having to manually update a contact directory, while helping to ensure the directory remains up-to-date. automatically makes a thorough scan of emails contained in an Inbox searching
for listed contact information as part of a sender’s signature block, or
sign-off information. No further steps are required by the user –
no manual input, no typing, no wasted time. The result
is a comprehensive directory with the contact information of business associates,
clients, vendors, friends and other key individuals uploaded into Microsoft
Outlook Contacts directory, accessible and easy to reference.
All Relevant Contact Details Are Included
IntelliAddress automatically organizes in Outlook Contacts a comprehensive list of the essential contact information we rely on daily, including: person’s name, title, company name, telephone number, cell phone number, physical address, email address and Web page address.
IntelliAddress can be commanded to examine future incoming emails to find and secure changes to existing contact information and produce new entries. When new contact information is detected in an email signature block, IntelliAddress prompts the user whether he or she wishes to accept the changes and add it to their Outlook Contacts Directory. Edited contact information is color coded to make it easier for the user to quickly denote what change has been detected and ready to be updated.
