Building a Directory from Emails


IntelliAddress is designed to scan existing emails for contact information provided in signature block and automatically produce a Contacts Directory in Microsoft Outlook. The program then proceeds to automatically update the database each time it spots new, or edited contact information to keep the directory up-to-date.

With a few simple clicks of your mouse, you can easily produce your personal directory:

Step 1. Launching IntelliAddress

On the Outlook Menu, please find the function "IntelliAddress - Create Addressbook"

 

Step 2. Produce Directory from Existing Emails

Select which emails should be searched for contacts.

 

Step 3. Within a few minutes...
 

 

Step 4. Your Outlook Directory is Automatically Produced

IntelliAddress is fully accessible in Microsoft Outlook Contact Directory.
 

 

Step 5. All Relevant Contact Details are Secured

Outlook Directory of contact names, telephone numbers, cell phone numbers, physical address, email address, Web pages and even professional titles are stored automatically.
 

 

Step 6. Directory Updates Itself Automatically
