Office Update
Microsoft constantly improve the Outlook with Service Packs. To have stable Outlook and avoid crashes of Outlook we strongly recommend you to install the latest Service Pack for your Outlook. This is especially usefull, if you use AddIns like IntelliAddress as stability improvements was made in these areas.
Please follow these two steps and you are have the latest update:
1. Check, if you have the latest Service Pack installed
You find the current version number of your Outlook, if you press "?" or "Help" in your main menu in Outlook. Than you will have a sup-menu named "Info" or "About Outlook". Please press this button and compare the number of your Outlook with the number above.
If your number is older please do an update, as written above.

2. Update to the latest Service Pack
The easiest way to update your Outlook is to use Office Update (please notice that Windows Update is a complete other website):

While using this update method, there will be an license check from Microsoft. If you prefere to update your Outlook without this license check or you can not use the above webpage for another reason, please load the latest Service Pack for your Outlook version above:
